You are ALMOST READY to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program!
If you are a PA or LLC taxed as an S corporation you will need the following documents:
- copy of the front of your Driver license (in color)
- Copy of back of you driver license (in color) -separate file from front
- All 941 forms filed in 2019
- Copy of your w-3 or w-2 for 2019
- Copy of 1120s tax return for 2019 if you have it.
If you are an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (1099 PAID TO YOUR OWN NAME you will need the following documents:
- Copy of front of your driver license (in color)
- Copy of back of your driver license (in color- separate file from the front)
- Copy of all 2019 1099's for real estate
- Copy of your Schedule C for 2019
- If you have not filed your taxes yet and do not have a schedule C you will need a profit and loss statement for 2019, for your real estate bushiness.
